Arrive at the marina at the scheduled check-in time and kick off your Adriatic adventure in the charming town of Slano.
Slano is a small town located in a cove close to Dubrovnik. It offers good protection from all winds except for the northern wind known as bura. There are several archaeological sites in the cove, as the cove was once well known as the seamen’s shelter.
DAY 2: Slano-Sapplunara (Mljet Island)-19 NM
Saplunara is a sandy cove located on the SE side of Mljet. It offers good protection from all winds except for the SE wind. The sandy beaches around the cove are exceptionally beautiful and, in certain places, rather shallow. There they allow berths up to 2 m deep. Available in the cove are a restaurant, a café, and a small shop.
DAY 3: Saplunara - Pomena (Mljet Island) 19 NM
Pomena is a small harbour village and an entrance to the National Park Mljet. The small lake is only a short, 15-minute walk away from the village that has restaurants, cafés, bars, grocery stores, and souvenir shops.
Sheltered by the islet Pomeštak, Pomena is a safe anchorage place, well known for its pristine natural beauty, and it offers various recreational possibilities.
DAY 4: Pomena - Zaklopatica (Lastovo Island) 21 NM
Zaklopatica is a cove on the northern side of the island of Lastovo. Smaller boats may be able to board. The cove itself is nearly closed by the islet at the entrance, and the depth there is one to seven meters long.
The cove is located 2 km away from the town of Lastovo. From Zaklopatica, you can explore the natural beauty and rich history of Lastovo, and don’t forget to try the local cuisine and wines.
DAY 5: Zaklopatica - Korčula (Korčula Island) 26 NM
Korčula is one of the best-preserved mediaeval towns in the Mediterranean. Known as the birthplace of the legendary traveller Marco Polo, the history of the island itself dates back even further to Illyrian, Greek, and Roman times. The ancient Greek name for the island is “Korkyra melaina’, translated as ‘Black Corfu.’
Enjoy the local cuisine and wine in any of the traditional taverns. You can explore the beautiful nature of land and sea on foot or by cycling and the rich nightlife in the evening.
DAY 6: Korčula-Okuklje (Mljet Island) 16 NM
Located on Mljet Island and allowing berths in several places around the cove, Okuklje is the cove best protected from all the winds. The reef in the southwest of the cove is marked with an iron pole.
Walk around this small seaside village and enjoy the restaurants and cafes available. Hiking enthusiasts may choose to explore the hills above Okuklje and enjoy the view of the cove from above.
DAY 7: Okuklje-Dubrovnik 23 NM
Sail back to Dubrovnik to bring your charter to the marina and spend the day exploring the city.
Dubrovnik was once the centre of the Dubrovnik Republic, which was on par with the Republic of Venice. To this day, it proudly displays its immense cultural and historical heritage that shaped Croatian history and language.
Take the time to get to know the city on foot and explore the ancient walls that have defended Dubrovnik down the ages, as well as the many palaces and courtyards.
