On the opening day of the Dubai International Boat Show, Oceanco unveiled its latest design: the 101m LILY, aimed at visionaries and trailblazers.
“LILY showcases the possibilities when design meets advanced engineering,” says Paris Baloumis, Oceanco's marketing director. “It’s a yacht ready to be realized for an owner embracing the future.”
Designed by Vripack, LILY features an asymmetrical exterior inspired by the Water Lily, with a split-level layout that enhances the onboard experience while minimizing environmental impact.
“Oceanco’s Beyond Custom philosophy encourages us to push boundaries,” comments Marnix J. Hoekstra of Vripack. “The result is LILY, a holistic design redefining life at sea.”
LILY’s asymmetric design includes overlapping decks, maximizing space and flow. The leisure deck features an outdoor pool, gym, wellness area, and dining space, while the guest deck offers six cabins and a lounge with a balcony.
The top deck is dedicated to the owner’s apartment, accessible via an elevator or staircase, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for stunning views and a split-level layout for privacy.
An oval opening above the entrance channels fresh air, enhancing natural airflow and energy efficiency. With accommodation for 33 crew, LILY is designed for operational efficiency, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
LILY’s virtual bridge on the upper deck utilizes advanced navigational technology, while its energy architecture allows for a transition to 100% methanol fuel, ensuring future-proofing and flexibility in fuel options.
Powered by methanol-reforming fuel cells and dual-fuel engines, LILY can operate globally without fuel supply concerns. The ABB DynafinTM propulsion system enhances efficiency and comfort, reducing emissions and improving maneuverability.
Specifications include a length of 101m, a beam of 21m, and a gross tonnage of 5600, with exterior design by Vripack and naval architecture by Oceanco & Lateral.
