At the Monaco Yacht Show, Princess Yachts introduced a groundbreaking version of its flagship Y95, featuring an exceptionally rare six-cabin layout. This new configuration allows accommodation for up to 14 guests while keeping the yacht under the 24-metre load line—a notable achievement in design and regulation.
Measuring 29 metres overall, the Y95 offers the generous proportions of a superyacht yet retains the handling and operational benefits of a smaller vessel. According to Will Green, CEO of Princess Yachts, the design “delivers the volume and comfort of a much larger yacht, combined with the flexibility and efficiency owners expect in this category.”
Developed in partnership with Olesinski and Pininfarina, the Y95 combines British engineering precision with Italian flair. Its sleek, wave-piercing hull enhances stability and fuel efficiency, while the extended hull window – the longest ever on a Princess model – brings natural light into every cabin.
The showcased model features a bespoke six-cabin layout. A full-beam master suite occupies the forward main deck, complete with skylights, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. On the lower deck, a former full-beam suite has been reimagined into two double cabins, with two additional convertible cabins and Pullman berths — providing space for up to 14 guests. Crew accommodations are positioned separately for privacy and efficiency.
Powered by twin MAN V12 2000 engines, the Y95 reaches 23 knots and cruises over 1,000 nautical miles, supported by a 13,800-litre fuel capacity. Expansive outdoor lounges, a flybridge made for entertaining, and a large tender garage make it ideal for private ownership or luxury yacht charter operations.
With the Y95, Princess Yachts continues to redefine design, space, and functionality — setting a new standard in the next generation of performance-driven flybridge yachts.
