At the Monaco Yacht Show, The Italian Sea Group (TISG) unveiled the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, a striking new addition to its collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini. Building on the success of the acclaimed Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, this new model represents a bold evolution in design, performance, and personalisation.
Rebellion on the Water
Tecnomar is not a brand built on tradition—it’s built on rebellion. Born in Viareggio in 1987, the heart of Italian yacht craftsmanship, Tecnomar emerged from a vision to create sport yachts where power, design, and individuality collided. From its inception, the shipyard sought to defy convention — crafting aluminium masterpieces that captured the emotion of motion itself.
In the late 1980s, Tecnomar’s first 20-metre open motor yachts combined cutting-edge technology with a bold, aggressive style that broke from the conservative norms of yachting. Through the 1990s, that vision expanded. Yachts grew larger, faster, and more daring, reflecting a new generation of owners — those who valued power and performance as expressions of identity.
By the 2000s, Tecnomar had entered the world of superyachts, launching vessels over 35 metres that blended sharp, aerodynamic lines with raw power and engineering excellence. These yachts weren’t designed to follow trends—they were built to lead them.
Reinvention and the Rise of a New Vision
The defining moment came in 2009, when Giovanni Costantino, a visionary entrepreneur, took the helm of Tecnomar. Under his leadership, the brand was redefined — not as a symbol of heritage, but as one of creation. Costantino infused Tecnomar with a philosophy of independence and innovation, turning the brand into a reflection of self-made success.
The 2010s and 2020s marked a creative explosion. The EVO line brought a new design language — sharp, angular, and unapologetically modern, inspired by the speed and attitude of supercars. Then came M/Y This Is It, a 43.5-metre multihull that broke every convention in yacht design.
M/Y This Is It – The Future Takes Shape
Unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2023, M/Y This Is It became an instant icon of contemporary yachting. Built under The Italian Sea Group (TISG), she stands 43.5 metres long and 14.5 metres wide, with over 500 GT of interior volume. More than a catamaran, she is a statement of form and philosophy — a floating sculpture that challenges everything known about yacht design.
“The creation of this extraordinary project challenges all conventional perceptions.”
— Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group
Her aluminium superstructure features over 600 square metres of glass, creating an asymmetric silhouette inspired by marine life and futuristic architecture. Inside, natural light floods the decks through floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, blurring the line between yacht and sea.
The owner’s suite redefines luxury, with a vertical garden spanning two decks and a 3.3-metre-high skylight, transforming the cabin into a private villa overlooking the ocean. The yacht hosts six staterooms for 12 guests, complemented by a massage room and a show galley with polarised glass for onboard events.
The materials are a symphony of textures: leather, Alcantara, teak, oak, and marble, accented by titanium, gold, and carbon fibre. The atmosphere is one of movement and energy — elegance with adrenaline.
Winner of Robb Report’s “Best Catamaran” 2024, This Is It is available for luxury yacht charter in the Mediterranean.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini – The Fusion of Speed and Design
Tecnomar’s defiant spirit found its perfect counterpart in Automobili Lamborghini. Both brands share the same Italian DNA — speed, precision, and emotion. Together, they created the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, a 63-foot carbon-fibre powerhouse translating the soul of Lamborghini’s supercars to the sea.
Now, at the Monaco Yacht Show, the partnership entered its next chapter with the unveiling of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT — a 45-knot statement of engineering and style.
Described as a fusion of nautical innovation and automotive artistry, the 101FT channels the aerodynamic lines and sharp geometry of Lamborghini’s performance icons. Inside, each unit is fully customisable, transforming into a one-of-a-kind creation reflecting the owner’s personal vision.
“The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT is not just a model—it’s a vision brought to life.”
— Gianmaria Costantino, Chief Commercial Officer, The Italian Sea Group
The presentation featured Giovanni Costantino, Gian Marco Campanino (TISG Art Director), Mitja Borkert (Lamborghini Centro Stile Director), and Christian Mastro (Head of Marketing, Automobili Lamborghini) — reinforcing a partnership that continues to blur the boundaries between supercar and superyacht design.
With its 45-knot top speed, aluminium hull, and the unmistakable aesthetic of Lamborghini, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT stands as the next evolution of performance at sea — sleek, sculptural, and built for those who live to stand apart.
Precision Behind the Rebellion
Behind Tecnomar’s daring designs lies a foundation of precision engineering. Every yacht is constructed under The Italian Sea Group, one of the world’s most advanced shipbuilding organisations, ensuring technical excellence and reliability. From concept to completion, each vessel is built with military-grade accuracy, combining creativity with control.
This meticulous approach transforms rebellion into reality — where radical ideas are executed with discipline, and beauty is grounded in strength.
Beyond Heritage, Toward Creation
Tecnomar represents more than a brand; it’s a declaration of self-expression. Every yacht it builds reflects the individuality of its owner — powerful, confident, and uncompromising. Whether through the futuristic lines of This Is It or the high-octane power of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, each creation celebrates the courage to be different.
For over three decades, Tecnomar has shown that yachting is not about following the past—it’s about shaping the future. On every horizon, its yachts stand as symbols of innovation, rebellion, and the pure artistry of Italian performance.
