Ancona, October 16, 2025 – It has been an exceptionally active season for Custom Line, as the Ferretti Group’s Superyacht Yard in Ancona saw the launch of five new yachts between July and September—three Navetta models and two Saetta yachts. The milestone raises the total number of Custom Line launches in 2025 to sixteen, reflecting the shipyard’s steady momentum and strong global demand, particularly from owners in Europe and the Middle East.
The first launch of the season took place on July 15, when the 26th hull of the Custom Line Saetta 106’ touched the water. The following weeks brought a succession of new projects in the 30- to 40-metre range, each launched in front of Ferretti’s team and long-time partners—a nod to the collaborative spirit that defines the Ancona yard.
Custom Line Navetta 38 – Family Comfort and Fluid Design
Just two days later, on July 17, the fourth Navetta 38 followed. Measuring 38.76 metres in length with an 8-metre beam, this displacement yacht delivers 299 GT of elegance and innovation. Designed in partnership with Filippo Salvetti for the exterior and ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel for the interior, the project was guided by the Ferretti Group Product Strategy and Engineering departments and refined by the Custom Line Atelier.
Created for an experienced family of owners, this Navetta 38 focuses on informal luxury and seamless living. Materials and tones continue from interior to exterior, while waterproof textiles and modular furniture encourage relaxed, family-friendly use. Every space is optimised — from the shared wardrobe and added storage to small comforts like a built-in ice-cream fridge. The sundeck and upper lounge are designed for social life, featuring large sofas, a gym and mindfulness area, and a protected all-season bar — an authentic home on the sea.
Custom Line Saetta 120’ – Elegance with a European Flair
The Saetta 120’, launched on July 24, showcases the brand’s performance line at its finest. At 38.36 metres, this is the 14th unit of the model and the product of teamwork between Ferretti Group Engineering and the Custom Line Atelier.
Targeted for the European market, the yacht’s interiors follow a soft, modern palette of light neutrals with highlights of Calacatta Vagli Oro marble, Crema d’Orcia, and tobacco-toned leather. The redesigned main saloon reverses the traditional layout—placing the dining table forward for panoramic views—while the full-beam master suite reflects the owner’s taste for clean lines and artisanal finishes in maple, nubuck, and natural textures.
Navetta 33 – Contemporary Craftsmanship
On September 4, the 36th Navetta 33 took to the water. With her 33-metre length and 7.52-metre beam, she embodies the timeless Custom Line spirit — understated luxury and architectural precision. Her interiors contrast dark oak flooring with pale nubuck leather walls, creating a sophisticated play of light and depth. Ribbed panels and marble details in shades of Calacatta Oro and Travertino Bianco add rhythm and refinement. On deck, the bar has been moved across the beam, opening a conversational lounge layout that enhances the yacht’s sociable feel.
Navetta 30 – Bespoke and Personal
The final launch of the summer season came on September 9, with the 25th Navetta 30, designed for long-standing Ferretti Group clients from the EMEA region.
Exterior styling by Filippo Salvetti and interiors by ACPV ARCHITECTS give the 30-metre yacht a serene, contemporary tone. Pale oak and brushed Canadian maple contrast gently with burgundy accents and polished mahogany, while bespoke features—including a reconfigured owner’s wardrobe, new shelving, and a forward bar on the sundeck—personalise the layout. Freestanding furniture throughout reinforces the homelike ambience, with each element tailored to the owner’s lifestyle.
A Dynamic Year for Custom Line
With sixteen yachts launched in 2025, Custom Line continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the most versatile and design-driven shipyards in the luxury yacht sector. From the Navetta’s classic displacement style to the Saetta’s sporty performance, every yacht built in Ancona reflects a shared philosophy—a commitment to craftsmanship, individuality, and the joy of life at sea.
