It is the shipyard’s first model to feature Volvo Penta’s IPS hybrid propulsion system, a cutting-edge dual-energy setup that allows for whisper-quiet cruising, smart energy use, and eco-conscious performance.
SHE’s design draws inspiration from the effortless sophistication of the 1960s — an era defined by clean, fluid lines and understated grace. Conceived as a modern interpretation of classic Italian yachting style, the yacht combines vintage influences with high-tech craftsmanship, reflecting the pure aesthetic language that defines Sanlorenzo.
Timeless Italian Elegance
Developed in partnership with Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, SHE reimagines the spirit of mid-century design through a contemporary lens. Her exterior showcases refined, wood-accented contours, while the interior channels the atmosphere of a “Milanese lounge”—warm”, elegant, and impeccably detailed. Rich mahogany, soft tones, and sculptural furnishings evoke a sense of timeless sophistication.
Interior Harmony and Fluid Living
Interior designer and Sanlorenzo art director Piero Lissoni describes SHE as “a gentle yacht — one that reinterprets the past while embracing the future.” The layout unfolds seamlessly across three interconnected levels, with a mezzanine deck linking the main and lower areas. This fluid configuration enhances the onboard sense of openness and natural flow.
The main deck is defined by a single-living concept, complete with panoramic glazing and direct access to the cockpit. A graceful circular staircase leads down to the mezzanine dining area, adjacent to a fully equipped galley and crew quarters for three. Subtle natural light filters through the superstructure, creating a calm, atmospheric transition between spaces.
The superstructure spans from the aft cockpit to a forward bow lounge and solarium, while the sundeck introduces a “Smart Island” system that enables flexible furniture arrangements for ultimate adaptability. At anchor, the stern opens into a sea-level platform, forming a serene waterfront terrace that extends the onboard living experience.
Sustainability and Performance
Crafted with a synthetic alternative to natural teak, SHE’s exterior surfaces offer the look and feel of wood while minimising heat absorption and maintenance needs.
Her technical innovation is anchored by Volvo Penta’s IPS hybrid system, merging electric and diesel propulsion for optimal efficiency. With twin IPS30 units (2 x 1000 hp), SHE achieves a 20-knot cruising speed in hybrid mode and up to nine knots in full-electric, emission-free silence.
Completing the eco-conscious concept, a custom 3.9-metre carbon-fibre tender — also fully electric — accompanies the yacht, mirroring the same commitment to sustainability and design purity.
