The latest addition to the GranSport range marks a decisive step forward for Mangusta’s performance-driven philosophy. Unveiled at the Miami International Boat Show, the 38-metre model introduces a refined architectural approach that redefines how space, speed, and liveability can coexist aboard a contemporary yacht.
Rather than evolving gently from its predecessors, this yacht reshapes the concept entirely. It speaks to globally minded owners who expect long-range capability, efficiency, and exhilarating performance—yet refuse to compromise on comfort or design sophistication. The result is a vessel that successfully merges power and poise into a seamless, well-balanced whole.
Constructed in composite at Mangusta’s Viareggio facility, the yacht integrates advanced Volvo Penta IPS propulsion, delivering reduced fuel consumption, lower emissions, and minimal vibration levels—enhancing both sustainability and onboard comfort.

Dual Asymmetry: Architecture with Intent
At the core of the yacht’s identity lies an inventive “dual asymmetry” layout. On the Main Deck, a single side walkway on the port side allows the salon to extend fully to starboard, dramatically increasing interior volume and enhancing outward visibility. Above, the configuration is mirrored: the Upper Deck walkway shifts to starboard, unlocking additional usable space inside.
This is not design for the sake of aesthetics. It is a technical solution that generates generous proportions while preserving sleek, athletic lines. Much like in contemporary architecture, perspective becomes a defining element. Every structural line and glazed surface has been carefully positioned to frame the sea, constantly shifting the visual experience as guests move through the yacht.
Seamless Living, Indoors and Out
Transparency and continuity define life on board. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the separation between interior spaces and the surrounding horizon. Natural light floods the Main Salon, where panoramic views extend uninterrupted toward the cockpit and open sea, creating the sensation of floating above the water.
The full-beam owner’s suite on the Main Deck is conceived as a private retreat hovering over the ocean, fully aligned with the yacht’s overarching architectural vision.
On the Upper Deck, the design language continues. Glass uprights replace conventional structural bulk, reinforcing visual openness while serving as sculptural design accents. The Upper Salon flows naturally into an al fresco dining space, while forward, Mangusta’s signature infinity-style pool offers a privileged vantage point at sea.
The Sun Deck, conceived as an elevated sanctuary, functions as a private observatory—an intimate space for contemplation, relaxation, and uninterrupted views.
A Multi-Level Beach Experience
A strong focus on lifestyle is evident at the stern. The expansive cockpit, complete with bar and generous seating, connects via a central staircase to a two-level beach club. Opening side terraces and a transforming aft platform expand the footprint dramatically when at anchor, creating a convivial waterfront lounge immersed directly in the marine environment.
The side-opening garage accommodates a 5.5-metre tender alongside two jet skis, ensuring effortless access to water sports and shore excursions.
Bespoke Interiors for Contemporary Owners
Accommodation is configured for up to 12 guests across five cabins, supported by quarters for seven crew members in four dedicated cabins. Interiors for this unit were developed in collaboration with designer Alberto Mancini, reflecting Mangusta’s long-standing tailor-made philosophy.
Every project begins with the owner. Layout, materials, finishes, and atmosphere are shaped around personal preferences and lifestyle, ensuring that no two yachts are ever identical. The result is not merely a vessel but a floating expression of individual identity.
Performance with Purpose
Powered by four Volvo Penta D13 1000 HP engines integrated into the IPS Professional platform, the yacht reaches a top speed of approximately 20 knots and cruises comfortably at 18 knots. With a range of around 600 nautical miles at cruising speed, it offers impressive autonomy for extended voyages.
The compact propulsion system optimises engine room volume, freeing additional space for guest areas—an engineering decision that perfectly aligns with the yacht’s overarching emphasis on maximised liveability.
