Sunreef Yachts has announced that tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz is joining its distinguished circle of yacht owners.
The Spanish star has commissioned a bespoke Sunreef ULTIMA 88, stepping into the luxury yachting scene with one of the shipyard’s newest high-end catamaran models.
Widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in modern tennis, Alcaraz has already built an impressive career at a young age. With multiple Grand Slam titles to his name, the Spanish champion has earned global recognition for his powerful game, remarkable athleticism and a string of milestone achievements.
Looking for a way to disconnect from the demanding rhythm of the professional tour, Alcaraz set out to find a yacht that could combine comfort, privacy and opportunities for spending time on the water with family and friends. His search eventually brought him to Sunreef Yachts, where he chose the ULTIMA 88 as the ideal fit for his lifestyle.

Speaking about the decision, Alcaraz said he was drawn to Sunreef not only for its expertise in luxury catamarans but also for its forward-thinking approach to design and innovation. He added that the collaboration felt natural, describing the shipyard and his own personality as sharing the same energetic character.
Sunreef Yachts founder and president Francis Lapp welcomed the tennis champion to the brand’s community of owners, describing Alcaraz as an inspiring figure whose accomplishments and character bring fresh momentum to the world of luxury yachting.
The Sunreef ULTIMA range represents a new direction in modern multihull design, blending elegant lines, contemporary styling and strong performance. Capable of reaching speeds of up to 26 knots, the ULTIMA 88 offers a fast and engaging experience at sea while preserving the comfort and stability associated with catamarans.
Created for owners who enjoy an active lifestyle, the yacht includes a large ocean lounge at the stern. With features such as a spacious garage, a hydraulic platform and fold-out side terraces, this area offers seamless access to jet skis and other water toys, turning the aft section into a versatile waterfront leisure space.

Alcaraz’s yacht will be tailored entirely to his personal preferences. The interior plan will provide guest accommodation across four cabins, along with a generous owner’s suite positioned forward on the main deck. Designed as a private sanctuary, the full-beam master stateroom will benefit from plenty of natural light and include a large bathroom with a bathtub. The flybridge will also feature ample space dedicated to relaxation and open-air dining.
