The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, taking place from May 21 to 24, will feature the largest display of Aquila models ever seen in Australia. Whitehaven Marine, the official dealer for Aquila in Australia and New Zealand, will showcase seven models, including the complete Yacht range, at Marina F Pier, writes Aquilaboats.
This year's showcase includes two Asia-Pacific debuts and one Australian debut. Among the highlights is the Aquila 50 Sail, the brand's first sailing model launched earlier this year at the Miami International Boat Show. The 50 Sail is designed for maximum space and comfort, featuring bridge-to-bow access for easy movement, a fixed bow entertaining area, and a well-appointed salon and galley. It offers a choice of four, five, or six cabin configurations, each with private entrances, and propulsion options including diesel engines or the quiet Hybrid Ocean Drive™.
Also debuting in the Asia-Pacific region is the Aquila 46 Yacht, which won the Yacht Style Awards 2026 for Power Catamarans in the 12-16m category. This model combines an Explorer style with high freeboard, offering comfortable long-range cruising and generous living spaces. Its unique foam-cored bulbous bow enhances stability and reduces “hobby horsing” in rough waters.
The 42 Coupe will make its Australian debut, designed to redefine cruising catamarans with the comforts of a closed-saloon yacht and the performance of a sporty dayboat. It features two cabins in each hull for privacy and versatility, and its Aquila Hydro Glide® foil system provides 40% greater fuel efficiency compared to traditional monohulls.
Complete Aquila Yacht Range
In addition to the 46 Yacht, the Aquila Yacht range includes three other popular models. The award-winning 54 Yacht, designed for long-range cruising and onboard comfort, features a panoramic salon and a spacious flybridge, with options for 3, 4, or 5 cabins. The 50 Yacht offers refined finishes and a full-beam master cabin, while the compact 42 Yacht provides remarkable interior volume and versatility for extended adventures.
Completing the lineup is the 32 Sport, equipped with twin Mercury Verado V6 225HP engines. This nimble boat accommodates up to 22 passengers and features a versatile deck layout that transforms from a sunning platform to a social hub, along with an appointed cabin for overnight stays.
Alain Raas, Global Brand Director for Aquila Catamarans, stated: “We’re really excited to be back at Sanctuary Cove with our biggest lineup to date. We have something for everyone, whether you are looking for speed, long-range cruising, or everything in between.” Tony Ross from Whitehaven Marine added: “We are proud to represent the Aquila brand and showcase these exceptional boats at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, demonstrating our confidence in Aquila's popularity.” The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will be held at 1 Masthead Way, Hope Island QLD 4212, Australia.
