The cannes yachting festival, the inaugural event of the world yachting season, will be back in cannes from 8 to 13 september 2026.
The Cannes Yachting Festival will be held from 8 to 13 September 2026 in the emblematic setting of the Côte d'Azur. It is the world’s largest in-water boat show and one of the most strategic in the world. The 49th edition, now managed by Constance Brément, will bring together more than 680 exhibitors, a fleet of 700 boats from 5 to 50 metres long, a comprehensive range of equipment and services, as well as nearly 150 world premieres, which set the tone for a whole season. With 56,000 international visitors expected, the Cannes Yachting Festival is the nautical festival of choice.
Renewed momentum with no change in continuity. A new chapter starts for the 49th edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival with Constance Brément at the helm. Her experience in sailing and luxury fuels a clear ambition: to strengthen the event's international reach, create a unique experience for visitors and enhance the “festival” aspect of the event.
"In a constantly changing environment, the Cannes Yachting Festival reaffirms its role as a strategic partner and growth lever for the international yachting sector. For this new edition, we are continuing our mission to provide an exceptional setting to highlight innovations in the sector and launch the season. The foundations of the Cannes Yachting Festival's success are built on the quality of our offer, our exhibitors' commitment, and qualified visitors visiting from all over the world. Once again this year, we are doing everything we can to celebrate yachting, promote each segment, ensure a seamless journey that invites visitors to explore the latest innovations available, and provide an experience for them worthy of Cannes." - Constance Brément, Director of the Cannes Yachting Festival.
The festival
Whether you love the sea, are a boating enthusiast, amateur or professional, the Cannes Yachting Festival is the only event where everyone sharing the same passion is brought together in the same place, at the same time. Exhibiting between the Vieux Port and Port Canto, more than 680 exhibitors will showcase a fleet of more than 700 boats from 5 to 50 metres long. These models – sailing or motor, monohull or multihull, rigid or semi-rigid hull, electric, hybrid or fuel-powered, new or pre-owned – all illustrate the full range of boating around the world, from day trips to grand cruises. The Festival also offers a comprehensive range of equipment, engines, services and marinas.
Two ports to explore new horizons
The Festival takes place at two emblematic and complementary sites in the Bay of Cannes and is organised around specific thematic sectorisation. Structured to differentiate the major nautical worlds between the Vieux-Port and Port Canto, this distribution allows each visitor to follow an immersive, fluid and intuitive route.
The Vieux Port is where motorboats can be seen: 12 to 50 metre-long boats, superyachts, flybridges, open, trawlers and RIBs, with the Power Cat Village dedicated to motor catamarans on the Pantiero in the centre. In 2026, the profile of the new Jetée will have taken shape and accommodate a premier exhibition for yachts in water, and engine manufacturers on land, while large yachts will be relocated at Quai Max Laubeuf. All types of equipment manufacturers and service companies share the quays in this port. As for the Palais, it continues to showcase the exceptional expertise of yacht equipment and fittings.
At Port Canto, the visitor experience is now completely continuous thanks to a 2.5 km loop. It crosses the Sailing Area, the world’s largest fleet of sailing boats over 10 metres long in water (120 new boats), the Power Boat Marina dedicated to motorboats (180 dayboats) up to 12/13 metres long, as well as the Yacht Brokerage sector – whose offer promises to be particularly dense this year with more than 45 boats over 25 metres in length presented – and the Toys area.
To connect these two ports, an optimised sea shuttle system will provide crossings every fifteen minutes – a comfort appreciated by visitors, who welcome how the organisation flows.
Innovation, a source of inspiration
Beyond the prestige and richness of the offer, the Cannes Yachting Festival is the showcase of the expertise of boat builders and equipment manufacturers from all over the world, in a sector where the energy transition is picking up speed and where the need for simplicity is a major factor in attracting new boating enthusiasts.
Through the Innovation Route, the show identifies and highlights the most innovative and committed solutions, contributing to the attractiveness and sustainable transformation of the nautical industry. This set-up provides a dedicated journey that gives visitors the opportunity to discover the selected innovations.
Among the entries received, a jury of international professionals and journalists will single out the most outstanding projects at the 2nd edition of the Innovation Route Awards.
The prizes will award:
The best navigation-improving equipment The best sustainable product The best innovative boat The best CSR initiative
The finalists and winners will be announced on Tuesday 8 September at the Exhibitors Cocktail Reception. The jury will also be able to award a special “favourite” prize to a particularly striking innovation.
2026 Exhibitors
The list of exhibitors, boats and products & services is now online. These lists will be updated until the show opens.
This year, the Cannes Yachting Festival will host, for the first time, the ceremony announcing the finalists for the 2026 Best of Boat Awards, Europe’s largest award dedicated to motorboats. The event, whose jury is composed of representatives from 15 countries, will take place on Wednesday, September 9, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Port Canto VIP Club.
