HanseYachts AG has been recognized for its long-term commitment to vocational training after an independent jury selected the company as one of 71 outstanding businesses from more than 1,000 companies.
The recognition highlights the company’s focus on modern, high-quality training programmes, with an emphasis on developing young talent, building in-house specialists and supporting long-term professional growth in the region.
For many years, HanseYachts AG has placed vocational training at the centre of its approach, aiming to create practical development opportunities and career prospects for young people.
The official award ceremony took place on 23 June 2026. On behalf of HanseYachts AG, Ivonne Schwarz, Head of Human Resources, and Arne Brinkmann, Coordinator for Vocational Training, accepted the award and congratulations from IHK President Krister Hennige.
The company said it is grateful for the recognition and proud to continue contributing to the development of future professionals in the region.
