Mangusta has launched the second unit of the Mangusta Oceano 34 at Overmarine’s shipyard in Viareggio on Thursday, 25 June, with the owner, their family and Overmarine Group staff present at the ceremony.
The launch came just over two months after the first unit hit the water, underscoring the success of a model that carries forward the design language, technological solutions and onboard quality of the Mangusta GranSport 33 while expanding on them with a balance of performance and volume usually associated with much larger yachts.
The Mangusta GranSport 34 is designed around sportiness, streamlined lines and generous living spaces. Its layout focuses on a seamless connection between interior and exterior areas, with an emphasis on keeping guests close to the sea and meeting the expectations of contemporary owners.

Among its key features is a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck measuring 40 sq. m. On the lower deck, the layout includes four guest cabins and three crew cabins, aimed at maximising comfort, privacy and functionality.
The yacht is powered by Volvo Penta’s IPS system, with four 1,000 HP engines. According to the company, the setup delivers fuel efficiency, strong manoeuvrability and quiet, comfortable cruising at both top speed of 24 knots and cruising speed of 20 knots.
The owner of this second unit is an experienced Turkish client who chose the model for its sporty character, onboard liveability and timeless design.
