Aquila Catamarans will introduce two new models at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 in France, where the brand will display seven boats in total from 8 to 13 September. The lineup includes the world debuts of the Aquila 45 Sail and Aquila 35 Sport, as well as the European debut of the Aquila 45 Sport.
The company’s sail models will be shown at Port Canto, Stand SAIL 150, while its power models will be located at Vieux-Port, Stand PAN 069.
World debut for the Aquila 45 Sail
The Aquila 45 Sail will make its world debut at Cannes as the second model in Aquila’s new sailing range. Measuring 47 feet with a 25'5 beam, the catamaran is designed around interior space, outdoor social areas, cruising comfort and sailing performance, with more than 1,350 square feet of upwind sail area.
Its fixed bow adds deck space forward with seating and a sun pad area, while bridge-to-bow access allows movement around the boat from the flybridge helm area. The flybridge includes U-shaped seating, a coffee table and a forward-facing settee.
The aft cockpit connects directly to the salon and galley, and panoramic windows bring natural light into the interior. Buyers can choose between three- and four-cabin layouts, each with private entrances and heads with showers. Aquila says the 45 Sail can sleep up to 12 guests, making it suitable for private ownership and charter use.

The Aquila 35 Sport joins the power range
The new Aquila 35 Sport is a compact power catamaran that carries the same styling as the flagship 45 Sport. It uses a double-stepped hull and comes with twin Mercury Verado V8-300hp outboards as standard, or twin Mercury Verado V10-400hp outboards as an option.
With a 14'9 beam, the layout is aimed at both entertaining and high-speed cruising. Bow seating accommodates four people, while the aft cockpit features a large U-shaped convertible seating area with an adjustable backrest. The area also includes a wet bar with sink and storage, a Corian-topped galley block and a Fusion Signature Series audio system with six speakers.
Below deck, the cabin sleeps two in a queen berth with a memory foam mattress. The cabin is accessed via a sliding console door at the helm and can be fitted with optional climate control and a head with a shower. Other features include a concealed stainless steel swim ladder, a C-Zone digital switching system and a fiberglass hardtop with optional Makefast shade system.

European debut for the Aquila 45 Sport
The Aquila 45 Sport will make its European debut at the show. Launched at the Miami International Boat Show 2026, the flagship of Aquila’s Sport range is presented as a wide-beam entertainment platform with styling inspired by luxury SUVs.
Hydraulic drop-down hull-side terraces extend the beam from 15 feet to more than 19 feet, opening the aft cockpit into a larger water-level social area. Two U-shaped seating areas convert into a full-width sunbed, while the bow features another full-beam seating area with forward-facing loungers.
The 45 Sport is powered by twin 600HP Mercury Verado V12 outboards and, according to Aquila, can reach speeds of more than 50 mph.

Other models on display
Alongside the new launches, Aquila will also present the 50 Sail, 50 Yacht, 46 Yacht and 46 Coupe.
The Aquila 50 Sail, launched earlier this year as the company’s first sailing model, offers bridge-to-bow access, a fixed bow entertaining space and a salon and galley designed for cruising comfort. It is available with four-, five- or six-cabin configurations and can be powered by diesel engines or Hybrid Ocean Drive™.
The Aquila 50 Yacht features an Explorer-style design, a high freeboard and an expansive flybridge. Its standard three-cabin layout includes a full-beam master cabin, while the yacht range’s foam-cored bulbous bow is designed to improve stability and reduce hobby horsing in rough conditions.
The Aquila 46 Yacht shares the same Explorer styling and high freeboard, with a 23'3 beam, long-range offshore cruising capability and a twin-hull platform. It was named winner of the Yacht Style Awards 2026 Power Catamaran 12-16m category.
The Aquila 46 Coupe combines closed-saloon comfort with the speed and handling of a sporty dayboat. At just over 47 feet with a 17'11 beam, it has two full-beam cabins with private en-suite heads and showers, plus an aft cockpit with a wet bar and sunbeds, a sheltered bow lounge and a main-deck salon and galley. Aquila says its Hydro Glide® foil system delivers more than double the fuel efficiency of traditional monohulls.
