Forte is a fresh brand in the leisure boating world, though its parent company has a long history of building commercial vessels and components for superyachts. The Forte 47 distinguishes itself by being constructed entirely from aluminum rather than the more common glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). This choice of material provides immense structural rigidity, allowing for design elements that would be difficult to execute in a standard plastic hull. Massive Power and 47-Knot Performance
The most aggressive feature of the Forte 47 is its power plant, which consists of triple V12 600-horsepower Mercury outboards. This 1,800-horsepower setup allows the 47-foot boat to reach a top speed of exactly 47 knots. While the outboards offer blistering pace and ease of maintenance, the builder also provides an alternative for those seeking diesel efficiency: Volvo IPS 800 pod drives. When equipped with the petrol outboards, the vessel maintains a cruising range of approximately 180 nautical miles, though the diesel option is expected to extend that range significantly.
Revolutionary Folding Terraces and Outdoor Space
The structural strength of the aluminum hull is best demonstrated by the massive folding terraces located on both sides of the cockpit. When both balconies are lowered, the deck area expands to a total of 40 square meters, providing a vast platform for relaxation and social gathering. These terraces are exceptionally long and open up the entire feel of the boat, offering guests uninterrupted views of the sea from the central dinette or the large stern sunbed. For convenience, these platforms can be equipped with side gates and high-low bathing ladders for easy water access.

The Forte 47 is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring a cockpit where most of the furniture is freestanding and can be rearranged to suit the owner's preferences. A full-length hardtop provides shade for the central dining area and the large wet bar, which includes a sink and a grill. For entertainment, a massive 55-inch TV is integrated into a central unit. The helm station is equally impressive, featuring triple upholstered seats with the Forte logo, dual Garmin screens, and a joystick for precise docking. Additionally, a clever sunroof design acts as an air scoop to funnel a cooling breeze through the boat while underway.
Luxury Accommodation for Weekend Escapes
While the Forte 47 is optimized for outdoor living and day trips, it features sophisticated accommodation below deck for overnight stays. The main owner's cabin offers a large bed and impressive headroom, measuring over six feet. The ensuite bathroom is a "dry head" design, featuring a dedicated separate shower cubicle to ensure the rest of the space remains dry. A second cabin is also available, providing additional sleeping quarters for guests or family.

As a custom-built, aluminum vessel, the Forte 47 occupies a premium niche in the yachting market. The starting price for this mini mega yacht is approximately 1.95 million Euros, excluding VAT. Depending on the selected options, such as CMC gyro stabilizers or specific interior finishes, the final price can increase significantly. By offering a blend of high-speed performance, massive deck space, and a rugged aluminum build, the Forte 47 presents a unique alternative to traditional open sports cruisers.
