The new FJORD 440 Sport is designed from the outset for outboard propulsion, combining twin Mercury Verado V12 engines with a spacious layout for cruising and water sports.
The engines deliver a combined 1,200 hp, and the yacht is projected to reach a top speed of approximately 43 knots. Its design retains the distinctive character and proportions of the FJORD 440 Open while adding features tailored to outboard use.
Designed around outboard performance
The FJORD 440 Sport’s aft hull and buoyancy have been optimised for its twin outboards. A 1,430-litre fuel capacity is intended to give owners more time to explore beyond familiar waters.
The yacht also has more than 4.5 m³ of aft storage, accessible through an electrically operated opening. The compartment can accommodate SEABOBs, inflatable boards, diving equipment and other water toys.
A stepped gangway beside the engines doubles as a swim ladder, providing access to the water for swimming and other activities.

Flexible cockpit and aft layout
An integrated lifting aft bench can be raised to let both outboard engines tilt completely clear of the water. The arrangement is designed to simplify everyday use, whether the yacht is moored or at anchor.
The cockpit has flexible aft seating and retains the open, social layout associated with the FJORD experience. A 55-inch television lowers from the T-Top at the touch of a button.
Helm controls and accommodation
The redesigned FJORD T-Top provides shade while allowing natural ventilation through the cockpit and helm area. Joystick manoeuvring supports close-quarters handling, while a six-camera docking assistance system provides visibility around the yacht when entering a marina or manoeuvring in tight spaces.
Below deck, the FJORD 440 Sport follows the interior direction of the FJORD 440 Open. It has two cabins and a separate head with an enclosed shower. Natural light, premium materials and individually selected finishes contribute to the interior, while layout options allow owners to adapt the space to their intended use.
The projected top speed is preliminary and remains subject to confirmation during sea trials.
