The largest marina chain in the Mediterranean has once again been recognized at the Annual Tourism Awards, with ACI Marina Rovinj selected as one of the top three domestic nautical tourism ports.
The Crystal Hall of Hotel Kvarner in Opatija hosted the closing ceremony of Croatian Tourism Day, where over 1,100 attendees gathered to present the Annual Croatian Tourism Awards. ACI Marina Rovinj, a popular choice for those seeking a yacht charter in Split or a yacht rental in Croatia, was recognized as one of the three best marinas in the country. A proud holder of five prestigious anchors and the most technologically advanced marina in Croatia, it continues to set the standard in nautical tourism. Other awards included the best tourist destination and the best tourist event, along with the notable "Man, Key to Success—Employee of the Year" award.

This year's event by the Croatian Tourist Board awarded excellence in Croatian tourism for 2024 across 15 main categories, including Marina of the Year and Charter of the Year. ACI Marina Rovinj, known for its exclusivity and luxury for 35 years, continues to attract sailors worldwide and contributes significantly to the tourism identity of one of Croatia's most popular coastal cities. Following a complete reconstruction in 2019, it has become a leading destination for luxury nautical experiences.
Top Destinations, Events, and Individuals Highlight This Year's Awards
Poreč was named Destination of the Year, while the 500th Krk Fair—Lovrečeva won Best Tourist Event. The annual award "Anton Štifanić" was given to the Hospitality School Opatija and the Folklore Ensemble Jedinstvo Split. Vladimir Škrobo-Bajo, owner of Baranjska Kuća, received the individual award, while Vlado Miš and Vojko Pleština were honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards. The Croatian Tourist Board also awarded the traditional "Man, Key to Success—Employee of the Year" in 19 subcategories.
