Damen Yachting has delivered and sent off the 53-metre Yacht Support RAFTER from its dedicated shipyard in Antalya, where the vessel was built for her owner as an extension of his fleet. RAFTER will now support the owner’s private yachting programme.

Damen Yachting has announced the successful redelivery and departure of the Amels 242 SYNTHESIS from its facility in Vlissingen following a comprehensive refit, writes Damenyachting.

A new chapter in Dutch yacht building has begun with the launch of Project Tanzanite, the largest Amels Full Custom superyacht ever constructed. At 120 metres in length and boasting 6,083 gross tonnes, this extraordinary vessel is now entering her final outfitting phase at Damen Yachting’s primary facility in Vlissingen.

After being launched last month at Damen Yachting’s facility in Antalya, the newest 53-metre Yacht Support vessel in the YS53 series has entered the sea trial phase. This marks the third unit of the YS53 line to hit the water. With testing now in progress, the build team is focused on completing the final stages of outfitting, aiming for delivery in the summer of 2025.
